MyApp is a private household automation tool. It is used only by the members of one household who have knowingly connected their own Google account to it. It is not offered to, and does not collect data from, anyone else.
Only Google Calendar data (via the Google Calendar API) for the specific Google account a household member has explicitly authorized. No other Google service (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts) is accessed.
Calendar data is used solely to answer that household member's own requests — for example, listing upcoming events, or creating/changing an event when explicitly asked to. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the request it was fetched for.
Authorization tokens and any calendar data read are stored only on infrastructure the household directly controls, and are not shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party beyond Google itself (as the data source) and the underlying AI model provider used to interpret the household member's own request in that same conversation.
Data is retained only as long as needed to serve ongoing requests. Any household member can revoke this app's access at any time from their own Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions), which immediately stops all further access.
